The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

The Singapore Sports Council unveiled the winners of the POSB Everyday Champions Award 2009 - 14 individuals, 25 coaches and 18 organistions, of which PA is one of them. CED received the award from President Nathan on Thursday, 26 February 2009. The POSB Everyday Champions Award 2009 is the most prestigious sporting inspiration award in Singapore. The Organisations category recognises organisations that went beyond their core business to facilitate and build an active sports culture at work. The PA has excelled in promoting sporting events among staff and the community. We thank all of you for your strong support and participation in our events. We look forward to your continued support.
