The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

BBE Nature View RC Lunar New Year Celebration cum Appreciation Dinner - 05 February 2012 Saturday

Bukit Batok East Nature View RC, together with Family Life Champion, has successfully organised a "Lunar New Year Celebration cum Appreciation Dinner" on 05 February 2012. A total of more than 270 residents of all races turned up to support the event. Highlights for the day includes a 9 course dinner, Stage & Family games, Variety show , Lion Dance performance and lucky draws.
The Objectives for the dinner is to celebrate Lunar New Year and to promote family and community bonding. The Organiser also hope to take this opportunity to thank the residents as well as the volunteers for their continuous support given to the Nature View RC.
Mdm Halimah Yacob , Advisor to Jurong GRC GROs, was the Guest-of-Honour for the dinner.
