The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

It was a huge turn out for the Floor Party organised by Nature View RC held on 31 May 09 at Blk 289E 8th Floor. A total of 10 families responded to the call by the RC who believes that through these floor parties, better understanding and friendship can be achieved, hence promote neighbourliness and kampong spirit . This is the 3rd sucessful floor party that Nature View RC had organised since April 2009.
