The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

More than 2500 residents gathered together as ONE NATION at the hardcourt next to Blk 283 Bukit Batok East Ave 3 to celebrate this year National Day with Observance Ceremony on 08 August 09. The residents from Bukit Batok East Nature View RC zone were part of the celebration. Highlights of the day includes sang the National Anthem proudly and resided the Pledge with pride in ONE voice. The inspection of Guard-of-Honour by GOH Mdm Halimah Yacob and last not not least, the Grand march pass and walk pass .The residents had an unforgettable and wonderful evening that they had look forward for more.
