The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

Nature View RC had successfully organised their 5th Floor Party this year on 11 August 2009 at Blk 289C, 3rd Floor. The Organising Committee would like to thank the residents and Grassroot leaders who had participated in the event. Throught the floor party, the Committee believe it was really a great opportunity for neighbours to get to know each other better and build closer friendship.It was joyous to have family of all ages come together and promote the kampong spirit.
