The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

Over 250 residents of Nature View RC gathered for party time and also to know their neighbours better. Unlike the norm, this block party was an entertaining and educative one. beside the normal stage game and magic show, the organiser specially arranged the appearance of the Barney for the kids , and the Comedy Stunts and Balloon Show for the residents. Residents of Nature View also got a chance to attend the Energy Efficiency Exhibition put up by NEA. Free Popcorn, Balloons, Goodies Bags and Party Sets will also given to all participants. With the strong turn out from the Residents, the Organiser are encouraged and decided to organise another Christmas Party at the end of the year. Do give them your support.
