The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

Bukit Batok East Nature View RC organised their Annual Work Plan Seminar on the 7 to 8 November 2009 at Batam. The objectives of the seminar are to enable the RC to evaluate their event organised in year 2009 and to plan out new and creative event for year 2010.After a hard day of discussion and planning, a city tour was organised for better friendship.

Nature View RC's House Visit to Block 288G , Bukit Batok Street 25 - 27 Oct 09 Tuesday

A tradition that Mdm Halimah Yacob has been continuing since 2001, the house visitations by her have been something to look forward to by the residents of Bukit Batok East Constituency. Every Tuesday from 8.00pm on wards, Mdm Halimah Yacob will be spending her evening catching up with the residents at one HDB block to address any necessary needs. Together with her will be grassroots leaders and representatives from the government agencies. This is to ensure that issues that could be attended to immediately could be done so to provide the assurance and confidence to the residents.
