The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

Over 200 residents of Nature View RC gathered for this year 2nd Block Party which was held on 6 June 2010 .Highlights of the party include the appearance of the Kung Fu Panda and Alex the Lion specially arranged for the kids , and the Magic and Balloon Show for the residents. Residents of Nature View also got a chance to view the Exhibition on the upcoming Youth Olympic put up by MCYS. Free Popcorn, Balloons, Goodies Bags, Light stick and Party Sets were also given to all participants. The Organiser would like to thank all residents for the support for the event.
