Photobucket The Residents' Committee (RC) in public housing estate promote neighbourliness, racial harmony and community cohesiveness among the residents within the zone. Run by residents for residents, the RC also work closely with other grassroots organisations like the CCC and selected government agencies to improve the physical environment and safety of the local precint.

Bukit Batok East Nature View RC has successfully organised the Annual Basic Health Screening Profile on 04 July 2009 (Sun) at the RC's centre. Participants who took part in the health screening were have to fast for at least 8 hours for accurate diagnosis. The respond for the event was overwhelming, as the screening was fully booked .
